摘要
徒手采摘劳动强度大,劳动效率低,致损率高,严重制约现代农业的推广和发展。结合实用性和经济性,设计一款基于感应式控制的电动采果器。该采果器主要由动力切割装置、柔性传输装置、可调节握杆、背式收集装置等部分组成,适用平地、坡地以及山地等多种地域,可以有效地实现定位、动力切割采摘、自动传输以及背式多果收集。试验结果表明:仅在10min的试验时间内,该采果器的采摘效率大约是徒手采摘的2倍。
Picking by hand was characterized by high intensity of labor,lessen efficiency of labor,and the high rate of damage.These were seriously restricts the promotion and development of modern agriculture.Combining practicability and economy,an electric fruit picker based on induction control was designed.The fruit extractor was composed of power cutting device,flexible transmission device,adjustable grip lever and backside collecting device.It can be applied to various areas such as flat land,slope land and mountainous land,and can effectively realize integrated picking operations of positioning,power cutting,automatic transmission and back type multi-fruit collection.The results showed that the harvesting efficiency of the fruit picker was about twice that of hand picking during the 10 minutes of test time.
