摘要 水深800 m以内的井,在永久弃井时必须把水下井口头系统从泥线以下约4 m切割回收,这是永久弃井作业的关键一环。在介绍坐压旋转式切割工艺及工具在现场应用中存在问题的基础上,以MOST配套螺杆马达的动力切割回收工具为例,分析了外悬挂深水水下井口头系统切割回收工具的优点。同时以南海某口井为例,对外悬挂深水水下井口头系统切割回收工具进行了现场应用。现场应用结果表明:外悬挂深水水下井口头系统切割回收工艺技术解决了坐压旋转式切割工艺及工具的诸多问题,保证了切割回收工艺技术的安全性和有效性。所得结论可为我国深水套管切割技术的进一步发展提供参考。 For the offshore well with a water depth of less than 800 m,the subsea wellhead system must be cut and recovered approximately 4 m under the mud line when the well is permanently abandoned,which is a key part of the permanent well abandonment operation. The problems in the field application of the setting pressure rotating type cutting technology and tools are discussed. Taking the power cutting and retrieving tool of the MOST screw motor as an example,the advantages of the outer hanging deep-water subsea wellhead system cutting and retrieving tool are analyzed. This cutting and retrieving tool has been applied in a well in the South China Sea. The results show that the outer hanging deep-water subsea wellhead system cutting and retrieving technology addressed many shortcomings and problems of the setting pressure rotating cutting technology and tool,ensuring the safety and effectiveness of the cutting and recovery process technology. The conclusions can provide reference for further development of deepwater casing cutting technology in China.
