摘要
目的探究鼻中隔软骨及耳软骨应用于鼻综合整形中的临床效果。方法选取2015年5月—2017年8月在我院接受鼻综合整形的80例患者作为研究对象。将其随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用单纯假体隆鼻,观察组采用鼻中隔软骨及耳软骨移植填充进行整形,比较两组患者整形效果与满意度。结果观察组患者手术时间、鼻尖高度、鼻尖矫正成功率与对照组患者对比,差异均不具有统计学意义(t=1.484、t=0.426、χ~2=1.087,P> 0.05)。观察组患者半年内并发症发生率2.5%,低于对照组22.5%,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=4.703,P <0.05)。两组患者在一般手术指标、鼻尖外形方面对比,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论在鼻综合整形中采用鼻中隔耳软骨辅助整形具有显著效果,可有效降低并发症发生率。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of nasal septal cartilage and ear cartilage in nasal comprehensive plastic surgery. Methods From May 2015 to August 2017, 80 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with prosthetic augmentation nose, and the observation group was treated with nasal septal cartilage and ear cartilage graft. The effect and satisfaction of plastic surgery were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time, nose tip height and success rate of nasal tip correction in the observation group were not signifcantly different from those in the control group （t=1.484, t=0.426, χ^2=1.087, P 〉 0.05）. The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.5% in half a year, which was lower than that in the control group （22.5%）. The difference was statistically significant （χ^2=4.703, P 〈 0.05）. There was no significant difference between the two groups in general operation index and nose tip shape （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The use of nasal septal cartilage assisted plastic surgery in nasal comprehensive plastic surgery has signifcant effect, can effectively reduce the incidence of complications.
