摘要
目的评价细条状肋软骨作为鼻背移植物应用于鼻整形术的临床效果及安全性。方法回顾性分析自2014年7月至2018年9月行肋软骨鼻整形术58例患者的临床资料,其中22例鼻背移植物为细条状肋软骨,36例鼻背移植物为颗粒状肋软骨。针对鼻背形态对患者满意度进行测评,并统计再次手术率。结果 58例患者中37例获随访3个月以上。细条状肋软骨组的平均随诊时间为(5.44±4.10)个月,满意度为91.0%,再次手术修复率为4.5%;颗粒状肋软骨组的平均随诊时间为(7.50±2.84)个月,满意度为75.0%,再次手术修复率为16.7%。两组间满意度和再次手术修复率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论细条状肋软骨在鼻整形术中可用作鼻背移植物,其术后效果稳定,患者满意度较高,在临床上具有推广意义。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of multiple thin strips of costal cartilage as a nasal dorsum graft in rhinoplasty. Methods A retrospective cohort study was performed on 58 patients who underwent costal cartilage rhinoplasty from July 2014 to September 2018. Multiple thin strips of costal cartilage were adopted as a nasal dorsum graft in 22 patients, while diced cartilage was used in 36 patients. Patients’ subjective satisfaction, complications, and revision surgery were recorded and evaluated. Results A total of 37 patients completed the follow-up for more than 3 months. For the multiple thin-stripped costal cartilage group, the average followup period was(5.44±4.10)months, patients’ satisfaction rate was 91.0%, and the revision surgeryrate was 4.5%. For the diced costal cartilage group, the average follow-up period was(7.50±2.84)months, patients’ satisfaction rate was 75.0%, and the revision surgery rate was 16.7%.The patients’ satisfaction rate was higher and revision surgery rate was lower in the multiple thin-stripped costal cartilage group, but there was no statistic difference between the two groups. Conclusion Multiple thin strips of costal cartilage can be used as a nasal dorsum graft in rhinoplasty. The postoperative efficacywas stable and patients’ satisfaction rate was high. This method has promotion significance in clinic.
