摘要
目的探讨与分析消化内镜联合四联疗法在胃溃疡出血临床治疗中的应用价值。方法 92例胃溃疡出血患者,按照奇偶顺序分为观察组(奇数)和对照组(偶数),每组46例。观察组患者接受消化内镜联合四联疗法进行治疗,对照组患者仅接受四联疗法进行治疗。对比两组患者治疗效果以及治疗后溃疡复发情况、再出血情况、幽门螺杆菌根治情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率97.83%高于对照组的84.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组治疗后溃疡复发率6.52%、再出血率4.35%均低于对照组的21.74%、17.39%,幽门螺杆菌根治率97.83%高于对照组的80.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃溃疡出血接受消化内镜联合四联疗法治疗后出血症状显著改善,降低了患者的疼痛感,提高了患者幽门螺杆菌的根治率,临床价值较高,值得推广使用。
Objective To investigate and analyze the application value of digestive endoscopy combined with quadruple therapy in the clinical treatment of gastric ulcer bleeding. Methods A total of 92 patients with gastric ulcer bleeding were divided into observation group （odd number） and control group （even number） according to the parity order, 46 cases in each group. Patients in the observation group were treated with digestive endoscopy combined with quadruple therapy, patients in the control group were only treated with quadruple therapy. The therapeutic effect and the recurrence of ulcer, rebleeding condition and Helicobacter pylori eradication after treatment between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.83%, which was significantly higher than 84.78% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the ulcer recurrence rate and rebleeding rate of the observation group were 6.52% and 4.35% respectively, which were significantly lower than 21.74% and 17.39% of the control group, the Helicobacter pylori eradication rate of the observation group was 97.83%, which was significantly higher than 80.43% of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The hemorrhage symptoms of gastric ulcer patients are improved significantly after digestive endoscopy combined with quadruple therapy, reduce the pain of patients and improve the Helicobacter pylori eradication rate. It has high clinical value, is worthy of promotion and use.
