摘要
对全域旅游的实践探索和理论研究历程进行了梳理,发现经过长时间的实践探索和理论研究,全域旅游已经逐步得到旅游研究界和旅游业界的基本认同:全域旅游是中国旅游产业发展到现今阶段必然要采取的策略。以经济地理学理论为基础,构建了全域旅游的内涵体系,即全域旅游是在政府主导下,以人们的旅游需求越来越广泛为源动力,以旅游产业与相关产业融合、旅游生产要素的自由流动和旅游产业链的延伸为本质,以全时空的旅游存在、全行业参与旅游、旅游发展成果全民共享为表现形式,以构建旅游产业为主导产业地域生产综合体、实现PRED系统协调发展和可持续发展为支撑的全新的旅游发展理念。
This paper reviews the practical exploration and theoretical research of the holistic tourism. It finds that through a long time of practice and research, the word ＂Holistic Tourism＂ has been fundamen tally approbated by specialists in tourism industry and academic field： Holistic Tourism is the strategy of Chinese tourism industry today. This paper constructs the connotation system of theholistic tourism based on the theory of economic geography. Holistic tourism is a new concept of tourism development, which is dominated by the government, powered by people＇s more and more tourism demand. The essence lies in the integration of tourism industry and other related industries, also in the free flow of production factors of tourism industry chain. Holistic Tourism takes the form of the existence of tourism in all possible time and space. All the staff take part in Holistic Tourism and share the benefits. Holistic Tourism is also sup ported by the construction of regional production complex with the tourism industry as the leading the co ordinated development of PRED system and sustainable development.
