兔VX2移植瘤照射后早期DWI表现与病理对照分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析兔VX2移植瘤照射后早期体积、DWI的改变,并与病理表现对照研究,分析DWI在评估肿瘤早期放射敏感性的作用。方法 60只荷瘤兔根据是否接受照射和MRI扫描时间点随机分为10组(A0~A4为照射组,B0~B4为对照组)。在MRI图像上测量各组试验兔移植瘤的体积、ADC值。各组实验兔MRI扫描结束后行HE染色及免疫组化检查。结果照射前A、B组的体积[(2. 05±0. 09) cm3vs(2. 02±0. 07) cm3]及ADC值[(0. 80±0. 01)×10-3mm2/s vs(0. 80±0. 02)×10-3mm2/s]差异无统计学意义。照射后相同时间点A组肿瘤体积均小于B组(P <0. 05)。照射后A组ADC值逐渐增大(P <0. 05),且均大于相同时间点B组ADC值(P <0. 05)。肿瘤体积与ADC值存在一定的相关性(r=-0. 516,P <0. 001)。ADC值与bax蛋白表达存在相关性(r=0. 900,P <0. 001)。结论 DWI用于预测肿瘤早期放射敏感性有一定价值。细胞凋亡可能是ADC值改变的生理机制之一。 Objective To analyze the role of DWI in evaluating the early sensitivity of radiotherapeutic effects by analyzing the changes of tumor volume and diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) of rabbit VX2 transplanted tumors after radiation and comparing with histopathological changes. Methods Sixty tumor-bearing rabbits were randomly divided into 10 subgroups according to the radiation and the observed day (A0, A1, A2, A3, A4 with radiation, B0, B1, B2, B3, B4 wirhout radiation). The tumor volume and ADC values were measured in all groups. The rabbits were executed soon after scanning for HE and immunohistochemical examinations. Results There was no significant difference in tumor volume 〔(2.05±0.09) cm ^3 vs (2.02±0.07) cm ^3〕 and ADC values 〔(0.80±0.01)×10 ^-3 mm ^2/s vs(0.80±0.02)×10 ^- 3 mm ^2/s〕 in group A and group B before radiation. Tumor volume in group B was larger than group A at the same observed day after radiation ( P 〈0.05). After radiation, ADC values in group A increased gradually ( P 〈0.05). The ADC values in group A were statistically greater than group B at the same observed day after radiation ( P 〈0.05). There were some correlations between the tumor volume and the ADC values ( r =﹣0.516, P 〈0.001). There were obviously correlations between the expression of bax gene and the ADC values ( r =0.900, P 〈0.001). Conclusion DWI may be helpful in predicting early radiotherapeutic sensitivity. Cell apotosis might be one of the mechanisms for the changes of ADC value ADC values, changes.
