摘要
目的探讨视频案例联合情景模拟教学法在提高急诊规培护士岗位胜任力的效果。方法选取我院急诊科2017年4月至2018年4月规范化培训一年级护士41名作为试验组,2016年3月至2017年3月规范化培训一年级护士49名作为对照组。试验组采用视频案例联合情景模拟教学法,对照组采用传统教学法。出科时考核两组规培护士的岗位胜任力。结果试验组规培护士的岗位胜任力中工作态度和危重患者护理能力明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。两组规培护士急危重症理论知识间比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论视频案例联合情景模拟教学法有利于提高规培护士的岗位胜任力,有效地将理论与实践相结合,真正达到学有所用,提高了医护配合的协调性,保证了急救医疗服务质量。
Objective To explore the effect of video case study combined with simulation teaching method on improving the competency of nurses in standardized training of emergency department. Methods A total of 41 first - grade nurses who received standardized training in the emergency department of our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were selected as the experimental group. A total of 49 first - grade nurses who received standardized trainingin the emergency department of our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected as the control group. The experimental group used the video casestudy combined with simulation teaching method, while the control group was given traditional teaching method. At the time of leaving the department, theposition competency of the two groups of nurses was assessed. Results The work attitude and the nursing ability for critically ill patients in the standardizedtraining nurses of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0. 05）.There was no significant difference in the comparison of theoretical knowledge between the two groups of standardized training nurses about severe and acute diseases（P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion The video case study combined with simulation teaching method is conducive to improving the position competency of nurses. Meanwhile, theory is combined with practice in such teaching method, truly applying what one has learned to practice and improving the coordination of medicine and nursing. Therefore, the quality of emergency medical services is ensured.
