摘要
运用问卷调查法、文献资料法、数理统计等方法对钦州学院实施"课内外一体化"体育俱乐部教学的改革现状与实施效果进行了研究,结果表明:"三自主"的选课原则与"自我管理"的运行模式,不仅可以充分尊重学生选课的灵活性,还能够促进学生多项应用能力的培养,该模式对于学生运动兴趣的培养及终身体育意识的形成具有无可比拟的优越性。通过实施"课内外一体化",学生的柔韧、耐力、速度、力量均有不同程度提高。而针对理念转变缓慢、场地设施缺乏、专业师资不足等问题,应采取完善课程设置、更新教学理念,加大建设力度、完善场地器材,强化师资建设、提高教学质量等对策。
By using the methods of questionnaire, documentation and mathematical statistics, this studyanalyzes the present situation and effects of integrating class teaching with after-class activities in Physical Education Club Teaching Reform in Qinzhou University. The results show that, by adopting the principle of "three autonomies" and the mode of "self-management", course choosing can be more flexible and students' multi-application ability can be greatly improved. Besides ,this mode enjoys incomparable advantages for the cultivation of students' interest in sports and lifelong sports awareness. By integrating class teaching with after-class activities, students'flexibility, endurance, speed and strength have been improved to varying degrees. In view of the problems such as the slow change of ideas,the lack of venues and facilities, and the shortage of professional teachers, some counter- measures are used in this study, such as perfecting the curriculum, renewing the teaching concept, strengthening the construction of venues and equipment, strengthening the construction of teachers and improving the quality of teaching.
