摘要 随着现代造影技术的广泛开展,造影剂肾病的发生日益增多,其与感染性急性肾损伤、药物性急性肾损伤并列为院内获得性急性肾损伤的三大主要病因,且越来越受到医疗工作者的重视。目前造影剂肾病的发病机制并未完全明确,既往研究表明肾脏内血流动力学改变、造影剂本身对肾小管细胞的毒性作用、氧化应激反应及自噬等机制参与造影剂肾病的发病过程。本文将对造影剂肾病的发病机制的研究现状进行综述。 As the extensive development of modern contrast technology,the incidence of contrast-induced nephropathy is increasing,and it is listed as the three main causes of hospitalacquired acute renal failure with septic acute kidney injury and drug-induced acute kidney injury.Contrast-induced nephropathy has attracted extensive attention of medical doctors.However,up to now,the pathogenesis of contrast-induced nephropathy is not completely clear yet.Previous studies have shown that changes in renal hemodynamics,toxicity of contrast agents to the renal tubular cells,oxidative stress and autophagy are involved in the pathogenesis of contrast induced nephropathy.This review summarized the present research situation of the pathogenesis of contrast-induced nephropathy.
