摘要
目的对当川巴布剂中当归、川芎挥发油提取进行系统研究,为巴布剂生产提供依据。方法采用"水蒸气蒸馏法"提取挥发油,以挥发油收率为指标,考察加水量及提取时间对挥发油提取工艺的影响。结果补足药材1. 74倍的吸水率,加6倍量的水,浸泡2h,水蒸气蒸馏提取8h收集蒸馏瓶内的挥发油为最优条件,对当归、川芎混合提取挥发油含量结果为0. 73%(m L/g)。结论条件优化的"水蒸气蒸馏法"是一种提取当川巴布剂中当归、川芎挥发油的可行方法。
Objective To study the extraction process of volatile oil from Angelica sinensis and Ligusticurn chuanxiong hort in Sichuan Babu preparation. Methods Steam distillation was used to extract volatile oil. The effects of water volume and extraction time on the extraction process of volatile oil were investigated with the yield of volatile oil as an index. Results The optimized conditions were as follows： 1.74 times water absorption,2 hours soaking in 6 times water,8 hours extraction with steam distillation,and the yield of volatile oil was 0. 73% （mL/g） in the mixture. Conclusion The extraction process of volitale oil from Angelica Sinensis and Ligusticum Chuanxiong Hort is simple and feasible,which can provide method basis for the production of Babu preparation.
