摘要
目的:探讨循证护理管理在消毒供应中心器械管理中的应用效果。方法:选取2016年7月-2017年6月我院消毒供应中心行常规管理的医疗器械132件为对照组,并选取2017年7月-2018年6月采取循证护理管理的医疗器械135件为观察组。比较两组器械管理效果及科室满意度。结果:观察组清洗质量评分、灭菌质量评分及包装质量评分均高于对照组,各科室对消毒供应中心工作满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:循证护理管理能够有效提高消毒供应中心器械管理质量,同时提高各科室满意度,临床应用价值显著。
Objective： To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing management in the equipment management of disinfection and supply center. Methods： From July 2016 to June 2017,132 medical devices under routine management in the disinfection and supply center of our hospital were selected as control group,and 135 medical devices under evidence-based nursing management from July 2017 to June 2018 were selected as observation group. The management effect and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results： The cleaning quality score,sterilization quality score and packaging quality score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the job satisfaction of each department was higher than that of the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Evidence-based nursing management can effectively improve the quality of equipment management in disinfection and supply center,and at the same time improve the satisfaction of departments,clinical application value is significant.
