摘要
相对于国际葡萄酒旅游产业发展与学术研究相得益彰的现状,我国葡萄酒旅游研究较为滞后,与产业发展相背离,因此,梳理国际葡萄酒旅游的研究脉络和重点内容,为我国该领域的研究提供借鉴和启示尤为重要。文章借助CiteSpace软件对1995—2016年国际葡萄酒旅游文献进行了分析,从文献知识传播的路径信息,得出国际葡萄酒旅游研究的时空特征和关系网络,并依据知识图谱提取的关键词,结合对高被引文献的研读,总结出国际葡萄酒旅游研究的核心领域,即葡萄酒旅游者、市场营销和旅游目的地。最后,提出了我国葡萄酒旅游研究应在问题导向、"人本"思想和综合视角等方面加强理论研究与实践探索。
Wine tourism is becoming increasingly popular around the world,particularly in the countries and regions with a wine-producing tradition such as Europe,U.S.A,Australia and South Africa.Wine tourism not only helps to enhance the tourists' perception on his experience,but it also promotes the place where it happens,thus supporting its sustainable development.Compared to the international academic research and application on the wine tourism industry,research in China is somewhat lagging behind.It is thus urgent to systematically review the international trends on wine tourism research to put forward advanced conceptions and experiences,and provide guidelines for further research and practical applications at the national level.By using the CiteSpace software and,based upon the co-citation theory and the pathfinder algorithm,this paper has analyzed the state of the art regarding international research on wine tourism from 1995 to 2016,and hence drawn the following conclusions:first,in the spatial distribution of the international wine tourism research with strong local features,research has been focused on countries and regions such as Italy and Spain,whereas research on wine tourism on regions such as China and Asia significantly lags behind that of western countries.Second,according to the analysis of the relationship network,scholars such as Bruwer,Charters,Hall and Getz have made great contributions to international wine tourism research."Critical success factors for wine tourism regions:a demand analysis"and"Using simulations from discrete choice experiments to measure consumer sensitivity to brand,region,price,and awards in wine choice"are the most frequently cited articles in the field of wine tourism research.Third,frequently cited journals mainly focus on marketing,wine food and tourism,but research on wine tourism has been more based on the tourism phenomenon.Fourth,the summary of international research fields on wine tourism,(i.e.,profile of the wine tourist,marketing and wine tourism dest
