摘要
目的运用即时性模拟实景演练模式，提升院级护理急救分队在面对大型突发应急事件的反应速度和自我调控能力。方法回顾性分析2016年宜昌市第一人民医院通过准入制度筛选的45名急救护理分队成员作为对照组，同法筛选2017年45名急救护理分队成员作为观察组，对照组沿用传统急救技能培训方法，观察组采取即时性模拟实景演练进行轮训，比较两组在应急状态下的反应能力及事件处理能力。结果观察组较对照组集结平均用时、综合应急能力、现场配合能力考核成绩显著提高（P〈0．01），差异有统计学意义。急救事件护理管理人员决策能力及管理效能也有所提高（P〈0．01）。结论通过即时性模拟实景演练模式，能够提升院级护理急救小分队的反应速度，有效提高护理人员面对大型突发应急事件的把控能力，确保患者得到安全、优质的护理服务。
Objective By using the Real-time simulation practice mode, we can improve the response speed and self-regulation ability of hospital emergency teams in the face of large emergency. Methods Retrospective analysis ： Treat the 45 emergency care team members screened by the admission system in 2016 as the control group. The same method was used to screen the 45 emergency care team members in 2017 as observation group. The control group used the traditional first aid skill training method. The observation group was trained by Real-time simulation practice . Compare the reaction ability and event handling ability of the two groups in emergency situations. Results The observation group was better than the control group on average time, comprehensive emergency response ability and field coordination ability assessment. It has statistical significance. The decision-making ability and management effectiveness of emergency care management personnel also improved. Conclusion Through the Real-time simulation practice mode. it can improve the reaction speed of the hospital first-aid team, and effectively improve the control ability of nursing personnel in the face of large-scale emergency events, so as to ensure the safety and quality of nursing service the patients.
