摘要
目的:探讨佩皮劳人际关系护理模式在急诊科护患沟通中的应用效果。方法:将收治的100例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组给予常规护理措施,观察组给予佩皮劳人际关系护理模式进行干预;比较两组护理满意度、生活质量及预后情况。结果:观察组护理服务满意率、Barthel指数、抢救成功率均高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组不良结局发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:佩皮劳护理模式能有效提高患者生活质量,改善预后,值得临床推广。
Objective:ToinvestigatetheapplicationeffectofnursingmodelinthelightofPeplau’stheoryofinterpersonalrelationsin nurse-patient communication in the emergency department. Methods:100 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(50 cases in each group). The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care and the patients in the obser-vation group were provided nursing intervention according to Peplau’s theory of interpersonal relations. The patients&#39; satisfaction with nurs-ing care,life quality and prognosis were compared between the two groups. Results:The satisfaction rate of nursing service,Barthel index and the success rate of rescue were higher in the observation group than the control group(P﹤0. 05);the incidence of adverse outcomes was lower in the observation group than the control group(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion:The nursing model in the light of Peplau’s theory of in-terpersonal relations can effectively improve the quality of life and the prognosis of the patients.
