摘要 物联网技术应用于设施蔬菜质量安全控制体系,可实现蔬菜产前、产中、产后的全过程监控,对蔬菜标准化生产、蔬菜质量安全监管、保障食品安全、设施蔬菜产业升级都具有十分重要的意义。在介绍物联网技术在蔬菜质量安全控制中的应用现状基础上,具体列举了山西省农业科学院蔬菜研究所与合作单位开发的一款蔬菜安全生产管理平台应用实例,包括系统总体方案、通信系统设计、智能控制子系统和智能管理系统,以及其应用效果,并对物联网技术和蔬菜质量安全控制管理体系的进一步开发和应用提出了相应建议,以期加快蔬菜质量安全控制体系的发展。 The application of Internet of things technology in the quality and safety control system of facility vegetables can realize the whole process monitoring of vegetables before, during and after production. It is of great significance to the standardization of vegetable production, the supervision of vegetable quality and safety, the guarantee of food safety, and the upgrading of facility vegetable industry. On the basis of introducing the application status of the Internet of things technology in vegetable quality and safety control. The application example of a vegetable safety production management platform developed by the Vegetable Research Institute of Shanxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences and its cooperative unit was listed in detail, including the overall scheme of the system, the design of communication system, the intelligent control subsystem and the intelligent management system, as well as its application effect and then some suggestions were put forward for the further development and application of the Internet of things technology and vegetable quality and safety control management system, in order to speed up the development of vegetable safety control system in China.
