某重型燃机燃烧室热态流场数值模拟

摘要 为了更好地了解燃机燃烧室中燃烧过程的细节以及流场特性,以重型燃机为研究对象,建立燃烧室的三维模型,采用单步化学反应机理对该燃机燃烧室热态流场进行数值模拟。结果表明:燃烧室轴向中心截面的最高温度和最大速度约为2 500 K和120 m/s;燃烧室的速度场、温度场、反应物、生成物分布能较好地反映出该燃机燃烧室的实际情况,计算得到的出口温度分布与理论值近似,为同类燃机燃烧室的数值模拟研究提供了参考价值。 For better understanding the details of combustion process in the combustion chamber and thecharacteristics of the flow field, a three-dimensional model of combustion chamber of a heavy-duty gas turbinewas established and a single step chemical reaction mechanism was adopted to simulate the hot flow field in thecombustion chamber in this paper. The results show that the maximum temperature and maximum velocity ofthe axial central section of the combustor are about 2500K and 120m/s respectively. The velocity field,temperature field, reactant and product distribution of the combustor can reflect the actual situation of thecombustion chamber of this type of combustor and the calculated outlet temperature distribution is similar tothat of the theoretical value. The research has certain reference value for the numerical simulation research ofgas turbine combustor.
