右美托咪定对小儿七氟醚麻醉后苏醒期躁动的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察右美托咪定对小儿七氟醚麻醉后苏醒期躁动的影响。方法将医院小儿外科手术患儿86例随机分为观察组和对照组各43例,观察组手术结束后静脉推注右美托咪定,对照组手术结束后静脉推注生理盐水,比较2组患儿拔管后躁动(PAED)评分、躁动发生率、术后苏醒时间、拔管时间、送离麻醉后监测治疗室(PACU)时间及m-CHEOPS评分。结果观察组躁动发生率为11.63%明显低于对照组的39.53%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.7955,P <0.05)。2组患儿术后苏醒时间比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);观察组拔管时间、送离PACU时间均短于对照组,m-CHEOPS评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论手术结束后给予右美托咪定能有效降低患儿七氟醚麻醉后苏醒期躁动发生率,缩短患儿拔管时间,减轻患儿术后疼痛,且不延长患儿的苏醒时间,具有应用价值。
