摘要
目的探讨人附睾分泌蛋白4(HE4)联合CA125检测在子宫内膜癌的诊断价值。方法分别检测子宫内膜癌患者(40例)、子宫肌瘤患者(40例)、健康体检者(40例)的血清HE4和CA125水平,并对结果进行分析。结果子宫内膜癌组CA125、HE4水平均高于子宫肌瘤组及健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);早期子宫内膜癌患者血清CA125、HE4均低于晚期患者,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05); HE4联合CA125检测子宫内膜癌的敏感性,均高于单独检测,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论 HE4联合CA125检测可提高子宫内膜癌的准确性。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of human epididymal protein 4（ HE4） combined with CA125 in endometrial carcinoma. Methods The serum HE4 and CA125 levels of patients with endometrial cancer（ 40 cases）,uterine fibroids（ 40 patients）,and health checkers（ 40 cases） were detected respectively,and the results were analyzed. Results The levels of CA125 and HE4 in the endometrial cancer group were higher than those in the hysteromyoma group and the healthy control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）. The serum CA125 and HE4 levels in patients with advanced endometrial cancer were higher than those in the early stage,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）. The sensitivity of HE4 combined with CA125 in detecting endometrial cancer was higher than that of the patients,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusions HE4 combined with CA125 can improve the accuracy of endometrial cancer.
