青藏高原特有药用植物山莨菪苗期生物量积累与分配特征 被引量:3

摘要 【目的】掌握驯化栽培条件下青藏高原特有药用植物山莨菪的生长特性及规律,为人工栽培提供基础数据。【方法】对不同生长年限及育苗环境的山莨菪生物量积累和分配进行测定分析。【结果】研究年限内山莨菪幼苗的生物量积累随着生长年限增加呈显著性线性增长,但并未达到生长的最高峰。生物量与叶生物量、茎生物量、根生物量呈正相关线性关系(P <0.001),与根直径、地上生物量表现为幂函数增长关系(P<0.001),与株高、根长表现为指数增长关系(P <0.001),地下根生物量为植株主要生物量分配部位,4年生根生物量平均为90.6341g/株,最重为167.3360 g/株。高原阳光温室育苗提高了山莨菪成苗率和生物量,温室苗的总生物量、地下根生物量分别是田间苗的4和2.3倍,但田间育苗更有利于幼苗地下生物量分配。【结论】青藏高原野生药用植物山莨菪人工栽培是切实可行的,研究年限内山莨菪幼苗的生物量积累随着生长年限增加呈线性增长,生物量分配比例均表现为:根>叶>茎,地下根生物量为植株主要生物量分配部位,温室育苗有利于提高种苗成苗率及生物量,应进一步开展种苗移栽等相关研究。 【Objective】The purpose of this study was to master the growth regularity,habit of domestication and cultivation of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau endemic medicinal plants Anisodus tanguticus and provide a theoretical foundation for cultivation.【Method】The determination and analysis of biomass,accumulation allocation of A.tanguticus seedling of different ages and different breeding seedling patterns were carried out.【Result】The biomass were increased greatly with the age,without the highest peak.The relationship between total biomass and the biomass of leaf,stem,and root were significantly linearly related(P〈0.001),the total biomass increased in power function with root diameter and above ground biomass(P〈0.001),the total biomass increased in index growth pattern with main root length and plant height(P〈0.001),the root biomass was the highest distribution,the root biomass of 4-year age was 90.6341 g/plant,and the highest reached 167.3360 g/plant.A.tanguticus seedlings' rate and the total biomass in greenhouse were better than that in field,the total biomass and the underground biomass of greenhouse seedling was 4 and 2.3 times higher than that of field,and the seedling in field was beneficial for the allocation of shoot biomass.【Conclusion】The artificial cultivation of the Qinghai-Tibet plateau endemic medicinal plants A.tanguticus was practicable,the biomass accumulation of the seedling linearly increased with age,and its allocation was in order of rootleafstem,and the underground root biomass of seedling was its main distribution position.The cultivation of Anisodus tanguticus in greenhouse was an advantage for seedling rate and biomass,and its relative research would be further in advance.
