山莨菪水提液对4种植物的化感作用

摘要 研究山莨菪药材水提液对4种受试植物的种子萌发、胚根和幼苗生长的化感作用影响.结果显示,随着山莨菪药材水提液浓度由0.01 g/mL升高至0.04 g/mL,各植物种子的萌发率都表现为逐渐降低,其中浓度为0.04 g/mL水提液对川荞2号种子萌发的抑制作用最强,IR值为-53.85%.对4种受试植物胚根生长影响具体表现为,当山莨菪药材水提液浓度为0.01 g/mL时,对西荞2号胚根生长有较强的促进作用,IR值为31.25%,而对川荞2号表现为明显抑制作用,IR值为-25.93%;当山莨菪药材水提液浓度升高至0.04 g/mL时,表现为对4种植物胚根生长都是抑制作用,其中对川荞1号、川荞2号和山莨菪的胚根生长的抑制作用都很强,而对西荞2号的抑制作用相对较弱.对4种受试植物幼苗生长的影响具体表现为,当山莨菪药材水提液浓度为0.01 g/mL时,对川荞1号和西荞2号的幼苗生长是促进作用,其中对川荞1号的促进作用最明显,IR值为96.84%;当山莨菪药材水提液浓度升高至0.02 g/mL时,对川荞1号的促进作用明显减弱,IR值降低至11.81%,而对川荞2号、西荞2号和山莨菪的幼苗生长均表现为抑制作用;当山莨菪药材水提液浓度进一步升高至0.04 g/mL时,4种植物幼苗生长均表现为明显的抑制,其中以川荞2号幼苗生长受到的抑制作用最强. The allelopathic effects of water extract of Anisodus tanguticus on seed germination,radicle and seedling growth of four tested plants were studied.The results showed that with the increase of the concentration of the extract from 0.01g/mL to 0.04 g/mL,the germination rate of each plant seed decreased gradually,among which the concentration of 0.04 g/mL extract had the strongest inhibitory effect on the germination of Chuanqiao No.2,and the IR was-53.85%.The specific effects on the radicle growth of four tested plants were as follows:when the concentration of water extract was 0.01 g/mL,it had a strong promoting effect on the radicle growth of Xiqiao No.2,with an IR of 31.25%,while it had a significant inhibitory effect on Chuanqiao No.2,with an IR of-25.93%;when the concentration of water extract was increased to 0.04 g/mL,the radicle growth of four plant species was inhibited,among which the inhibition on the radicle growth of Chuanqiao No.1,Chuanqiao No.2 and Anisodus tanguticus was very strong,while the inhibition on Xiqiao No.2 was relatively weak.The specific effect on the seedling growth of four tested plants was that when the concentration was 0.01g/mL it promoted the seedling growth of Chuanqiao No.1 and Xiqiao No.2,among which Chuanqiao No.1 was the most obvious with an IR of 96.84%;when the concentration of water extract increased to 0.02 g/mL,the promoting effect on Chuanqiao No.1 was significantly weakened,and the IR value decreased by 11.81%,while it inhibited the seedling growth of Chuanqiao No.2,Xiqiao No.2 and Anisodus tanguticus;when the concentration of water extract further increased to 0.04 g/mL,the seedling growth of the four plants showed obvious inhibition,among which the seedling growth of Chuanqiao No.2 suffered the strongest inhibition.
