摘要
A核素束流线控制装置是生产A核素的回旋加速器,也是进行束流调节的关键设备之一。旧设备采用传统电路板控制,操作界面复杂,设备经常会出现各种故障,影响了A核素的正常生产。新设备采用PLC控制系统,通过以太网网通信技术实现上位机、两台PLC远距离通信;通过Wincc设计新的人机交互界面,在原有功能的基础上提高核素产量、增强设备的稳定性、降低运行人员操作难度并减少运行人员的数量。
The A-nuclear beam line control device is one of the key devices for the cyclotron to produce A-nuclear and perform beam regulation. The old equipment is controlled by the traditional circuit board, the operation interface is complex, and the equipment often has various failures, which affects the normal production of the A-nuclear. The new equipment adopts PLC control system, realizes long-distance communication between upper computer and two PLC through Ethernet communication technology; designs a new human-computer interaction interface through Wincc, improves the production of nuclide and enhances the stability of equipment based on the original function. Reduce the operational difficulty of operators and reduce the number of operators.
