摘要 针对平台造船中船体拼接以及造船完成后下水作业流程中自动化程度低,导致造船生产效率低的缺点,基于船厂移船下水自动化工程改造进行了电控系统设计。在简要阐述船厂平台造船工艺及PROFINET、INTERBUS控制系统的基础上,着重介绍该电控系统设计,包括系统总体架构、PLC控制系统以及上位计算机信息处理等,并给出较为详细的设计架构和技术环节描述。该电控系统在某船厂经过数次成功的移船下水作业,系统各环节运行状况正常,各项运行参数和指标良好,验证了所设计的控制系统的可行性和有效性。 The low automation degree of the hull splicing and the launching operation caused the low efficiency of shipbuilding. The electronical control system based on shipyard moving ship is designed. In this paper,the shipbuilding technology of the shipyard platform is introduced,as well as the PROFINET and INTERBUS Industrial Bus. The electric control system design is emphatically introduced on the basis of control system,which includes the system' s overall structure,PLC control system and the information processing by the computer. It gives a detailed structure design and technology description. The electrical control system is applied in a shipyard. During several successful operations of moving the ship,the running status of each part is normal and the operation parameters and indexes are good,which proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the designed control system.
