Objective:To analyze the risk factors and nursing strategies of nephritic syndrome complicatedwith deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity patients. Methods: Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of281 cases of nephritic syndrome patients, discussed the risk factors of nephritic syndrome complicated with deepvenous thrombosis of lower extremity, and established effective nursing countermeasures. Results: Multivariateanalysis results showed that the independent risk factors of nephritic syndrome complicated with deep venousthrombosis of lower extremity included heavy or prolonged use of hormones, rhombus history in recent 3 years, indwelling venous conduit, received renal biopsy, cardiovascular disease, soft tissue injury or fracture, surgery, limited limb movement, immune system disease or varicose vein more than 3 years, Age≥ 50 years old. Conclusion: Heavy or prolonged use of hormones, rhombus history in recent 3 years, indwelling venous conduit, received renal biopsy, cardiovascular disease, soft tissue injury or fracture, surgery, limited limb movement, immune system disease or varicose vein more than 3 years, Age are the risk factor of nephritic syndromecomplicated with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity, in clinical practice, it should be made specificnursing countermeasures according to the specific situation of patients, then to prevent and control the deep venousthrombosis of lower extremity effectively.
