摘要
目的:探讨持续质量改进在手术室标本管理中的应用。方法:某医院手术室2017年1-6月份和2017年7-12月份手术标本送检的手术各500例,汇总1-6月份手术标本管理中的缺陷,分析原因,制定改进计划,实施持续质量改进,规范手术标本的管理。结果:2017年1-6月份和7-12月份手术标本管理各项比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),质量改进取得了满意的效果。结论:采用持续质量改进,促进了手术室手术标本的规范管理,有效地提高了手术标本的管理质量。
Objective：To explore the application of continuous quality improvement in the management of surgicalspecimens.Methods：A total of 1000 surgical cases were submitted to the operating room of a hospital from Januaryto June in 2017 and from July to December in 2017. The deficiencies in the management of surgical specimensfrom January to June have been summarized, analyzing the causes, formulating improvement plans, implementingcontinuous quality improvement, and standardizing the management of surgical specimens in the operating room.Results：The difference between the surgical specimen management from January to June 2017 and from July toDecember were statistically significant （P〈 0.05）, and satisfactory results were achieved in quality improvement.Conclusion：The adoption of continuous quality improvement has promoted the standardized management of surgicalspecimens in the operating room and effectively improved the management quality of the surgical specimens.
