摘要 本文设计了一种墙式脚控驱动取用福尔马林溶液的装置,可合理安全地取用福尔马林,避免福尔马林外漏和挥发,保护医护人员及手术室环境。装置结构主要包括基板、固定架及按压泵头等,利用气缸及设于气缸内的活塞形成密闭气室,从而驱动福尔马林液体并进行取用,整体结构避免了福尔马林溶液暴露在空气中。利用本文设计的装置可极大方便医护人员密闭式取用福尔马林,并且减少对医务人员身体及环境的危害,维护健康和职业安全。经长时间使用及验证,表明该装置方便、安全,可在医院中进行推广使用。 This article designed a kind of wall type equipment for taking formalin by foot control. It helped to take formalin reasonably and safely, avoiding formalin out leakage and volatilization thus can protect medical staff and environment of operating room. This equipment was formed by substrate,fixed frame and pressing pump head. It had closed chamber which is formed by cylinder and piston set in cylinder to drive formalin out to be taken so that avoids formaldehyde to be exposed to air. It is very convenient for medical staff to take formalin and reduce harm on medical staff and environment to protect health and occupational safety. The equipment was convenient and safety after long time use and verification and can be applied in hospital.
