摘要
目的探讨女性强制隔离戒毒人员戒毒动机的特点及其与负性情绪、情绪调节能力之间的关系。方法采用戒毒动机量表、抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表、情绪技能调节量表对197例女性强制隔离戒毒人员的戒毒动机、抑郁情绪、焦虑情绪及情绪调节能力进行调查评估。结果女性强制隔离戒毒人员的戒毒动机总体水平较高[(4. 60±0. 68)分],以趋戒-内部动机为主。戒毒动机水平与抑郁、焦虑评分呈负相关(P <0. 05),与情绪技能调节水平呈正相关(P <0. 01)。情绪调节在抑郁(R^2=0. 118,F=0. 019,P=0. 891)与焦虑(R^2=0. 126,F=2. 629,P=0. 107)对戒毒动机影响中的调节效应不显著。结论女性强制隔离戒毒人员戒毒动机与负性情绪和情绪调节技能存在相关关系。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of female drug users＇ motivation of drug abstention, and itseorrelation with negative emotion and emotion regulation. Methods A total of 197 female drug users from compulsory isolation detoxifiealion facilily were selected and assessed wills Motivation for Detoxification Scale, Self-raling Depression Scale （SDS） , Self-rating AnxieuScale （SAS） and Emotion Regulation Questionnaire （ ERQ ）. Results The overall motive level of drug detoxification among women with compulsory drug addiction treatment was high （ M ± SD = 4.60 ± 0.68 ） , which was donfinated by internal motivation. The motivation was negatively correlated with depression （ P 〈 0.05 ） and anxiety （ P 〈 0.05 ） while positively correlated with emotion regulation（ P 〈 0.01 ）. There was no significant moderating effect of emotion regulation on the impact of depression and anxiety on motivation. Conclusion The motivation for drug detoxifieation is correlated with negative emotion and emotion regulation in female drug users in compulsory isolation detoxifieation facility.
