摘要
目的观察药物联合电子温针治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法将108例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为观察组(58例)和对照组(50例)。观察组给予药物联合电子温针治疗,对照组只给予药物治疗,治疗周期为2周。观察两组患者治疗前后的运动神经传导速度、感觉神经传导速度、多伦多临床评分系统(TCSS)评分及临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组患者正中神经及腓总神经的运动神经传导速度和感觉神经传导速度均较治疗前改善,两组患者TCSS评分均较治疗前降低(均P <0. 05),但两组患者上述指标及临床疗效差异无统计学意义(均P> 0. 05)。结论药物联合电子温针治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效与单独药物治疗相当。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of medication combined with acupuncture using warm electronic needle for diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods A total of 108 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into observation group（58 cases） and control group（50 cases）.The observation group was given medication combined with acupuncture using warm electronic needle,while the control group was only given medication.The treatment cycle was two weeks.The motor nerve conduction velocity ,sensory nerve conduction velocity and Toronto Clinical Scoring System（TCSS） score before and after treatment,and clinical efficacy were observed in the two groups. Results After treatment,the motor nerve conduction velocity and sensory nerve conduction velocity of median nerve and common peroneal nerve in the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,the TCSS score decreased in the two groups compared with those before treatment（all P 〈0.05）,but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the above indexes or clinical efficacy（all P 〉0.05）. Conclusion The combined therapy of medication and acupuncture using warm electronic needle is similar to medication alone in efficacy for diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
