摘要
计算论证了现行沥青路面施工技术规范关于施工中允许沥青混合料波动的级配范围的合理性,对GAC型沥青混合料级配的工程数据进行统计分析,表明GAC型沥青混合料与AC型混合料对级配控制的要求不一致,由此提出了适合GAC型沥青混合料施工控制的级配波动范围,按0.075mm、小于等于2.36mm、4.75mm、大于4.75mm四档进行混合料级配波动控制,其允许偏差分别为±1、±4、±3、±4,为GAC型沥青混合料级配控制提供了针对性的参考标准,为规范的修编提供参考。
The rationality of the allowed gradation range fluctuation of the asphalt mixture fluctuation duringconstruction under the current technology specifications for construction of asphalt pavement has been calculated anddemonstrated, statistical analysis on the engineering data of GAC asphalt mixture grading has been conducted, and thegradation fluctuation range suitable for the construction control of GAC asphalt mixture has been put forward. To controlthe mixture gradation fluctuation by 0. 075mm, less than or equal to 2. 36mm, 4. 75mm, greater than 4. 75mm fourthgear, the allowable deviation is ± 1, ± 4, ± 3 and ± 4 respectively, which could provide a targeted reference standardto control the GAC asphalt mixture gradation, and provide a useful reference for the standard revision.
