摘要
分别以混合料试件达到目标高度时的旋转压实次数Naim及沥青路面分析仪 (APA)浸水车辙深度为评价指标 ,探讨集料级配对沥青混合料压实性能和车辙稳定性的影响 .研究选取 10种级配 ,结果表明 :级配相对于Super pave控制点的分布状况对混合料的压实性能和车辙稳定性均有显著影响 ;与对于控制点约束范围内的级配相比 ,低于控制点约束低限的级配 ,其混合料车辙稳定性更好但更难压实 ;级配线高于、穿过、低于Superpave禁区以及沿禁区低限的混合料其车辙稳定性无显著差异 ;低于控制点低限最远的级配 ,混合料的压实性能最差 ,车辙稳定性也较差 .
This study investigates the effects of different aggregate gradations on compactable ability and wet rutting potential of asphalt mixtures.Ten gradations were selected.The gyrations number of Superpave gyratory compactor at aiming height N_ aim is used to evaluate the compactable ability of mixes.The wet rutting depth is tested with asphalt pavement analyzer (APA) to evaluate the rutting potential of mixtures.Statistical analysis of data indicates significant effects of distribution of gradations relative to the Superpave control points on N_ aim and wet rut depth of mixes.Compared with the gradation set kept in the confining bounds of control points,the gradation set falling outside of the confines of control points gives a smaller rut depth and poorer compactability.There are no significant differences between rut depths of mixes with gradations passing above,through,below,and a long the restricted zone.The mixes with the gradation furthest from the lower control points shows the highest wet rut depth and the poorest compactable ability.
