摘要
重症监护室(intensive care unit,ICU)患者肠内营养喂养不耐受(feeding intolerance,FI)发生率较高,常常导致患者达不到目标喂养量,住院时间延长及病死率增加。本文就FI的定义、影响因素、评估及预防对策等方面进行综述,旨在为医护人员安全有效实施肠内营养,降低FI发生率,增强肠内营养喂养效果提供参考。
The incidence of enteral nutrition feeding intolerance (FI) in intensive care unit (ICU) patients is rather higher, which often leads to inadequate target feeding volume, increase in hospitalization and mortality. This article reviews the definition, influencing factors, evaluation, and preventive measures against FI, in order to provide reference for medical staff to implement enteral nutrition safely and effectively, reduce the incidence of FI and enhance the effect of enteral nutrition feeding.
