摘要
高端装备制造业是我国经济发展新的增长点。面对日益激烈的市场竞争和装备制造业大而不强的问题,黑龙江省需要推动装备制造业的高端化发展,促进产业升级。根据高端装备制造企业的特点,设计企业动态核心能力测量量表。基于因子分析法,借助SPSS和AMOS软件探索并验证黑龙江高端装备制造企业动态核心能力的构成要素。结果表明:战略隔绝能力、环境洞察能力、网络关系能力、适应性学习能力、创新变革能力是高端装备制造企业动态核心能力的重要要素,各要素之间存在相关性,尤其是战略隔绝能力与环境洞察能力两者之间相关性明显,结果对黑龙江省的产业升级具有借鉴意义。
High- end equipment manufacturing was a new growth point in our economy. Heilongjiang Province was the largest equipment industry today. In the face of increasing market competition and the problem of big but not strong equipment manufacturing industries, Heitongjiang Province had to promote the the upgrading of industrial structure driven by the high - end of the manufacturing industry. This paper combined the characteristics of high - end equipment manufacturing companies to design an enterprise＇ dynamic core capability measurement scale. Based on the factor analysis method, SPSS and AMOS software was used to explore and validate the composition of dynamic core capabilities of high - end equipment manufacturers in Heilongjiang Province. The results showed that strategic isolation capabilities, environmental insight capabilities, network relationship capabilities, adaptive learning capabilities, and innovation reform capabilities were the important elements of the dynamic core capabilities of high - end equipment manufacturing companies, and that there were correlations among various factors. Especially, there was a clear correlation between the strategic isolation capabilities and environmental insight capabilities. The conclusion had implications for industrial upgrading in Heilongjiang Province.
