减薄率对QSn7-0.2合金微观组织的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用数控强力旋压机分别在减薄率为25%、35%和45%的不同水平下对锡青铜(QSn7-0. 2)强力旋压成形,利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜等检测仪器研究旋压件不同减薄率对锡青铜(QSn7-0. 2)试件的微观组织的影响。结果表明:随着减薄率的增加,晶粒细化加剧,晶粒的转变过程为原始的等轴晶粒被拉长变为细化均匀的等轴晶。减薄率为25%时,原始的等轴晶粒开始被较小程度的压扁,部分晶粒被拉长;当减薄率达到35%时,晶粒严重破碎,组织内部的晶粒变形程度不均匀;当减薄率达到45%时,组织中原始的晶粒完全消失,晶粒的整体分布比较均匀。随着减薄率的增加,金属塑性降低。 Tin-bronze( QSn7-0. 2) was formed at different levels of the thinning rate of 25%,35% and 45% by CNC powerful spinning machine,and the effects of different thinning rates on the microstructure of tin-bronze QSn7-0. 2 specimens were investigated by means of optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. The results show that with the increase of thinning rate,the grain refinement is intensified,and the transformation process of the grains is that the original equiaxed grains are elongated into uniform equiaxed ones with refinement. When the thinning rate is 25%,the original equiaxed grains begin to be squashed to a smaller extent and some of grains are elongated; when the thinning rate reaches 35%,the grains are severely crushed,and the grain deformation digree in the interior of the structure is not uniform; when the thinning rate reaches 45%,the original grains in the tissue completely disappear,the overall distribution of grains becomes relatively uniform. With the thinning rate increases,the metal ductility decreases.
