摘要
分析了屏蔽罩的工艺改进,对屏蔽罩采用冲压工艺代替焊接工艺,产品由组焊件改为模具成形的过程,设计了产品件的工艺流程,模具结构。
The technological improvement of shield case is analyzed. Punching technology instead ofwelding technology is applied to shield case. The product is processed by die forming rather thangroup welding. The technological process, die structure and working principle of the product isdesigned. The dimension of process picture sheet is determined.
