摘要
介绍Z-3733加氢裂化催化剂在北方华锦化学工业股份有限公司炼化分公司1. 8 Mt/a加氢裂化装置的长周期首次工业应用。通过控制精制反应器出口氮质量分数小于10μg/g、降低裂化催化剂氮中毒造成的失活速度,同时对裂化反应器4个床层采取等温升操作后,精制催化剂和Z-3733加氢裂化催化剂具有良好的活性、稳定性,该催化剂在加氢裂化装置不再生连续运转9 a后,催化剂活性及稳定性好,其中部分裂化剂筛分后仍可继续应用到下一个运行周期。还可根据情况使用Z-3733加氢裂化催化剂生产喷气燃料或柴油,控制精制油中氮质量分数低于10μg/g,生产的尾油可作为优质的润滑油基础原料和乙烯料。
The first long-term commercial application of Z-3733 hydrocracking catalysts in the 1.8 MM TPY hydrocracking unit in the refining & chemical branch of North Huajin Chemical Industry Group Co. , Ltd. is introduced. After control of nitrogen at the outlet of refining reactor to be lower than 10 p,g/g, the re- duction of deactivation speed caused by poisoning of ammonia in the catalysts and operating the 4 beds of cracking reactor at the same temperature rise, the refining catalyst and cracking catalyst Z-3733 have exhibited excellent activity and stability. After the 9 years' operation of the catalyst in the hydrocracking unit without re- generation, the catalyst still exhibits good activity and stability. Some of cracking catalysts are screened and used in the next operation cycle. Z-3733 catalysts can be used to produce jet fuel or diesel oil based up on conditions. When the nitrogen in the refined oil is controlled to be lower than 10 mg/kg, the tail oil produced can be used as the feedstock for the production of high-quality lube base oil and ethylene.
