摘要
20世纪70年代末，新自由主义兴起，经济金融化现象出现，随着后来冷战结束，西方金融资本在全球过度扩张，攫取巨额利益，导致了各种问题。2008年，整个资芩主义世界再次爆发了严重的金融经济危机，此次金融危机后，由于金融寡头的统治根基没有受到实质影响，维护其利益的新自由主义依然占主导地位，西方资本主义在经济金融化基础上又呈现出金融政治化、精英分裂化、民主空壳化、军事扩散化等新特征。文章认为，当前西方愈演愈烈的贸易保护主义、逆全球化等动向，其实质是新自由主义应对新变局而采取的策略，反映了资本主义面临着空前的挑战和困境。
In the 1970s, as neoliberalism and economic financialization developed, coupled with the end of the Cold War, Western financial capital has been over - expanded globally, which reaped exorbitant profit and caused many problems. In 2008, the entire capitalist world was struck again by a grave financial and economic crisis. Following the crisis, the ruling base of the finan- cial oligarchy has not been materially affected, and neoliberalism is still dominant, which safeguards its interests. On the basis of economic financialization, Western capitalism has presented new features such as financial politieization, elite division, democrat- ic deconstruction and military proliferation. At present, the trends of trade protectionism and anti - globalization that have newly emerged the West are essentially tactics adopted by neoliberalism in response to new changes, reflecting the dilemma and unprecedented challenges faced by capitalist countries.
