摘要
通过对冰箱冷藏室滑道结构和技术要求进行分析,针对滑道的成型工艺难点和制造关键技术,设计了相应的模具,介绍了该模具的浇注系统,定模抽芯机构、推出机构和先复位机构。实践证明,该模具定模抽芯机构、推出机构和先复位机构运行平稳、可靠,模具结构合理,滑道能满足用户的设计技术要求。
The structure and technical requirements of the slideway used for refrigerator freezer were analyzed. According to the difficulties in forming process and key manufactur- ing technologies of the slideway, the corresponding injection mould was designed. The gat- ing system, the core-pulling mechanism in fixed half of mould, the ejection mechanism and the first reset mechanism of the injection mould were presented. Practice showed that the mould mechanisms ran smoothly and reliably, and the mould structure was reasonable, which could meet the design requirements of the users.
