摘要
针对汽车衣帽架分型面复杂、尺寸大、网孔多的结构特点,设计了1副采用热流道成型的复杂抽芯注射模。详述了该模具成型零件、侧向抽芯机构、浇注系统、冷却系统、脱模机构、排气系统和导向定位系统的设计要点,解决了衣帽架注射成型过程中熔体填充、脱模困难和生产周期长等问题。
According to the structural characteristics of the automobile rear window trim with the complex parting surface, large dimension and many meshes, an injection mould with hot runner was designed. The key points of the forming parts, side core-pulling mecha- nism, gating system, cooling system, ejection mechanism, exhausting system and guiding po- sitioning system were illustrated in detail. It solved the melt filling and ejection problems and shortened the production cycle.
