一种高性能自保温砌块的设计方法

摘要 针对自保温砌块矩形条孔排列方案给出了设计技术路线和方法。该设计方法是在砌块本体沿高度方向开2~4排矩形盲孔。方法规定了孔宽和孔距砌块本体底平面的距离,给出孔长的计算公式及保证砌块力学性能的边界条件。通过计算机编程建立数学模型,结合热桥线传热系数Ψ计算软件PTemp,对计算结果进行了校核与筛选。 The design technical route and method for the arrangement of holes in salf-insulation block are presented. The design method is slotting 2-4 rectangular blind holes along the height of the block. The method specifies the width of hole and the distance between the hole and the bottom plane of the block. The formula for calculating the hole length and the boundary conditions to ensure the mechanical properties of the block are also presented. The mathematical model is established by computer programming. Combined with heat transfer coefficient which is calculated by PTemp,the calculation results are checked and screened.
