摘要
目的总结广东省卫生应急指挥决策系统的相关需求和建设情况,探索系统在应用过程存在的问题,为指挥系统的完善和推广应用提供建设性建议。方法通过文献研究分析法、深入访谈法和比较分析法,对指挥系统的建设情况进行分析。结果系统运行良好,基本符合当地实际需要。"应急准备""监测预警""决策分析"等功能模块仍有待完善。结论广东省卫生应急指挥决策系统的初步构想与设计是合理的,系统整体构建已基本实现,但部分功能模块仍有待改进。
Objective Summarize the requirement and construction situation of Health Emergency Command Decision-making Information System of Guangdong Province, explore the problems in the application process, and provide constructive suggestions for the improvement and application of the command system. Methods To analyze the construction of the Command Decision-making Information System by literature research and analysis, in-depth interviews and comparative analysis. ResultsThe system works well and basically meets the local needs.Function modules such as＂emergency preparedness＂,＂monitoring and warning＂ and＂decision analysis＂still need to be improved. Conclusion The preliminary conception and design of the Guang Dong Health Emergency Command Decision-making Information System is reasonable, the overall construction of the system has been basically realized, but some of the function modules still need to be improved.
