摘要
随着国家加大对突发公共卫生事件应急指挥与决策系统建设的投入及地方政府用于应急体系建设配套资金的逐步落实,各地突发公共卫生事件应急指挥与决策系统建设如火如荼般展开。各地应急指挥系统建成后能否实现互联互通、资源共享、应急指挥高效,成了人们关注的焦点。文章从当前全国突发公共卫生事件应急指挥决策系统建设存在的问题、应急信息系统运营维护长效机制的建立与怎样发挥突发公共卫生事件应急指挥系统的实效等方面进行了探讨,提出了建立长效机制,确保突发公共卫生事件应急指挥与决策系统发挥实效的一些观点。
