摘要
目的了解长期住院女性精神分裂症患者2型糖尿病发生率,并分析相关因素。方法选取持续住院时间≥12个月的312例女性精神分裂症患者为研究对象,均采用自编问卷调查患者2型糖尿病发生率及相关因素。结果 312例精神分裂症患者中发生2型糖尿病58例,发生率为18.59%。发生2型糖尿病患者的年龄、糖尿病家族史、总病程、发病次数、氯氮平使用史与未发生2型糖尿病患者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01)。结论长期住院女性精神分裂症患者2型糖尿病发生率远远高于普通人群,与年龄大、使用氯氮平治疗、总病程长、发病次数多及糖尿病家族史因素有关。
Objective To understand the incidence rate of type 2 diabetes in long-term hospitalized female patients with schizophrenia and analyze related factors. Methods A total of 312 female patients with schizophrenia who had been hospitalized for more than or equal to 12 months were selected as the research objects, and the incidence rate and related factors of type 2 diabetes mellitus were investigated by the self-made questionnaire. Results In 312 female schizophrenic patients, type 2 diabetes mellitus occurred in 58 patients, the incidence rate was 18.59% The age of type 2 diabetes mellitus, family history of diabetes mellitus, total course of disease, frequency of onset and Clozapine use history in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were significantly different from patients without type 2 diabetes mellitus, the differences were statistically significant（P0.05 or P0.01）. Conclusion The incidence of type 2 diabetes mellitus in long-term hospitalized female patients with schizophrenia is much higher than that in the general population, it is related to the old age, Clozapine treatment, the long total course of disease, the more times of onset and family history of diabetes mellitus.
