摘要
目的:评价聚焦解决模式对提高2型糖尿病患者自我管理能力的效果。方法:从Pub Med、Science Direct、Cochrane Library、中国知网、CBM、维普、万方数据库中收集有关聚焦解决模式提高2型糖尿病患者自我管理能力的随机对照试验,检索时限均为建库至2017年5月。纳入的文献经2位研究者提取资料并进行严格的质量评价后,利用Rev Man 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入6个研究,691例患者,6篇文献的质量等级均为B,Meta分析的结果显示:聚焦解决模式组和常规护理组对2型糖尿病患者自我管理能力提高的差异有统计学意义(P<0.00001)。结论:聚焦解决模式教育可有效提高2型糖尿病患者的自我管理能力,但是由于现行研究数量和质量的限制,仍需更多的研究去验证其干预效果。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of focused solution on the self-management ability of patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods: The randomized controlled trials were collected from Pub Med,Science Direct,Cochrane Library,CBM,VIP,CNKI,Wanfang database to improve the self-management ability of patients with type 2 diabetes and were searched from inception to May in 2017. After extracting the data from 2 researchers and carrying out strict quality evaluation,the Rev Man5. 3 software was used for Meta analysis. Results: A total of 6 studies were included,including 691 patients. The quality levels of 6 papers were all B. The results of Meta analysis showed that there was a significant difference in the self-management ability of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus between the focus solution education group and the conventional care group( P〈0. 00001). Conclusion: Focused solution mode education can effectively improve the self-management ability of patients with type 2 diabetes. However,due to the limitation of current research quantity and quality,more researchcs are needed to verify its intervention effect.
