摘要 基于LeapMotion传感器与Unity3D游戏引擎,设计了手功能康复评估及游戏系统。评估系统根据临床手功能康复医学,设定了4种评估项目。通过采集相应的特征点与临床阈值进行对比得出评估结果。游戏系统根据评估系统设定的项目设计出具有针对性训练的康复游戏。测试结果表明:设计的系统具有很好的娱乐性和交互性,避免了评估与训练分离。对于研究开发康复系统具有较好的参考价值。 Design a hand function rehabilitation assessment and game system based on LeapMotion sensor and Unity3 D game engine. Evaluation system sets up four evaluation items,according to clinical hand function rehabilitation medicine. The evaluation results are obtained by comparing the acquired corresponding feature points with the clinical threshold. The game system according to items set by evaluation system designs rehabilitation game which has targeted training. Test results show that the system has a good entertainment,interactive and avoids the separation of assessment and training. This system has a good reference value for research and development of rehabilitation system.
