摘要
根据近几年中国大交通特别是高铁、民航的发展,通过分析轮辐式航线网布局模式的特征,结合航班计划优化所要考虑的主要因素,提出了以高铁枢纽为航线枢纽的轮辐式航线网络设计新思路,进而研究了该种布局模式的航班计划优化模型,为大交通下空铁联运提供了新的实施思路。该思路有利于国家站在大交通的高度,合理构建多元协调的交通体系,战略性地调配铁路、公路、民航等交通资源,把高铁、民航各自的优势发挥出来,为旅客提供更便捷、低成本的运输服务,促进现代综合交通运输体系的发展。
According to the development of China's large-scale transportation, especially high-speed rail and civil aviation in recent years and by analyzing the characteristics of the layout mode of the spoke-style route network and combining with the main factors to be considered in the flight plan optimization, a spoke-style route network design plan based on the high-speed rail hub was proposed, and then independent. The flight planning optimization model of this layout model was studied, which provided a new implementation idea for the iron and steel combined transportation under the big traffic. This idea is conducive to the construction of a diversified and coordinated transportation system at the height of mass transportation and strategically allocate transportation resources such as railways, highways, and civil aviation, then provided more convenient and low-cost service. This paper has an important role in promoting the development of modem comprehensive transportation system.
