船用低速机高低压EGR系统仿真研究 被引量:1

Simulation Study of High and Low Pressure EGR System on Marine Low Speed Engine

摘要 基于GT-Suite软件,针对某低速二冲程柴油机,采用DIPulse预测模型,建立整机模型并仿真高、低压EGR。结果表明,高、低压EGR均能有效地降低NO_X排放。当高压EGR率为42%,NO_X排放满足Tier Ⅲ标准;当低压EGR率为38%,NO_X排放满足Tier Ⅲ标准。当NO_X排放相同时,低压EGR的油耗更低。但由于重油杂质较多,压气机的可靠性会受到影响。 Based on GT-Suite software,the DIPulse prediction model is used for a low-speed two-stroke diesel engine to build a complete machine model and simulate high and low pressure EGR system.The results show that both high and low pressure EGR can effectively reduce NO_X emissions.When the high pressure EGR rate is 42%,the NO_X emission meets the TierⅢstandard;when the low pressure EGR rate is 38%,the NO_X emission meets the TierⅢstandard.When NO_X emissions are the same,the fuel consumption of low pressure EGR is lower.However,due to the heavy oil impurities,the reliability of the compressor will be affected.
