摘要
本文在一台电控单体泵柴油机上开展废气再循环(EGR)氛围下柴油甲醇双燃料(DMDF)燃烧特征分析的研究。结果表明随着EGR率的增加,纯柴油模式时,燃烧持续期延长,而DMDF模式时,燃烧持续期缩短;EGR氛围下,中大负荷的甲醇替代率明显提高,拓展了DMDF的运行范围,中等替代率时,柴油甲醇燃烧过程中相互促进;较高替代率时,预混甲醇可以实现可控快速燃烧;在高速大扭矩时,由于EGR冷却器冷却能力有限,会发生甲醇自燃现象。
This paper presents the results of combustion characteristics of DMDF under EGR conditions using diesel methanol dual fuel combustion(DMDF) on an electric controlled unit pump diesel engine. At diesel mode, combustion duration was prolonged with the increase of EGR ratios, however, at DMDF mode, combustion duration was shorted. Under EGR condition, methanol substitution rate(MSP) was increased, and operating boundary of DMDF was extended. At medium MSP, diesel and methanol combustion were promoted, at high MSP, premixed methanol was quickly controlled combustion. DMDF engines at high loads suffer from methanol auto-ignition before diesel was injected which was due to high temperature of EGR.
