摘要
介绍船用调距桨桨毂体的机械加工技术,研究刀具磨损对其关键工序加工精度的影响。通过对传统数控机床加装振动传感器以及对分析系统进行智能化升级,实现对加工过程的刀具磨损监测。提出基于小波包分析算法的刀具磨损判断方法,使传统设备具备智能切削功能,提高桨毂体加工精度。通过实例验证的方式,验证方法的可靠性和有效性。
The machining technology of the marine Controllable Pitch Propeller(CPP)propeller hub is introduced,and the influence of tool wearing on the machining accuracy in its key processes is studied.Through the intelligent upgrading of the traditional Computerized Numerical Control(CNC)machine tools with vibration sensor and analysis system,the tool wear monitoring of the machining process is realized.The tool wear judgment method based on the wavelet packet analysis algorithm is proposed,which enables the traditional equipment to have intelligent cutting function and improves the machining precision of the propeller hub.By way of example verification,the reliability and validity of the method are verified.
