大型滚装平台车辆出动回收全流程研究 被引量:1

Research on the Dispatch Recovery Process of Vehicle in Large Ro-Ro Ship

摘要 为解决滚装平台上车辆出动回收过程中车辆布置、路径规划和转运调度问题,提出基于二维排样和RRT技术的布列和路径规划方法,应用流程推演技术、循环冗余检测技术和敏感度分析技术,对车辆出动回收流程进行规划和敏感度分析。经过算法优化,获得车辆出动回收的最优路径;敏感度分析表明,装载流程中'车辆人员系留'节点对全流程的敏感度影响最大,其次为'发动机暖机检查'节点。以出动回收总时间最短为主要目标,构建出动回收全流程仿真模型,建立车辆出动回收全流程方案。 In order to solve the problem of vehicle arrangement,route planning and dispatching,the layout and path planning method based on two-dimensional nesting and RRT technology is proposed.The process planning and process sensitivity of dispatch recovery process are analyzed by process deduction technology,cyclic redundancy detection technology and sensitivity analysis technology.Through the algorithm optimization,the optimal path for the recovery of vehicle is got,sensitivity analysis shows that the'vehicle personnel node'has the greatest impact on the sensitivity of the whole process,followed by'engine warmer inspection'.Taking the shortest time as the main objective,the simulation model of the whole process of outbound recovery is constructed,and the whole process scheme of outbound recovery of land marine equipment is established.
