摘要
简要分析了建立舰空导弹武器系统维修保障能力评估指标体系的必要性,并对维修保障系统进行了简单的分析。给出了指标体系的建立原则,根据评估指标体系的建立程序,结合部队实际维修工作,围绕人力资源、维修设施、维修器材、维修设备、技术资料、保障资料管理几个方面的内容,建立了舰空导弹武器系统维修保障能力评估指标体系。给出了基本指标的意义和计算方法,该指标体系客观全面,易操作,可为准确评估其维修保障能力提供决策支持和准备。
This paper analyzes the importance of building the index system for maintenance support capability assessment of ship-to-air missile weapon system.The maintenance support system is studied.Firstly,this paper gives the principle of founding index system.According to the program of building index system and practical maintenance,it gives the index system for maintenance support capability assessment of ship-to-air missile weapon system.The index systems are composed of manpower,maintenance establishment,equipment,facility,technical data and maintenance data managing.It gives the meaning and calculate method of basic indexes.This index system is objective and comprehensive,which proves preparing for the maintenance support capability assessment of ship-to air missile weapon system.
